Joubert Okoume marine plywood is the highest quality marine plywood in the world. This particular ply is manufactured in accordance with British 1088* grading standards and is certified by Lloyd's of London as a type rated marine plywood. Joubert Okoume is used in various types of boats. From small kayaks, to some of the largest yachts ever produced. The most common use of okoume is in the cross section of a boat e.g. it keeps the boat together, as well as some ancillary applications. Joubert Okoume Description Marine plywood panels using 100% okoume veneer is bonded with WBP phenolformaldhyde or melamine urea formaldhyde adhesive. Application Applications include marine, offshore, industrial and anywhere a general use exterior glue (WBP) grade plywood is specified. Suitable for use in accordance with LR Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Special Service Craft.
